- If your vehicle is heavily dirty, such as muddy interior, mould, pet hair or cigarette ash then an additional fee will be added to the service.
- We require a 50% deposit for new customers who want to book in, and this will be taken of the final balance on the day of your booking. This is non refundable. If you decide to cancel your booking, your deposit will be lost.
- To change a booking, please give 48 hours notice.
- A full vehicle inspection is taken place before works, to note down any scratches/ dents.
- We cannot carry out works if your vehicle is parked on a busy main road, on a very steep hill, or dirty/ muddy working conditions.
- Full space is required to work on your vehicle, this means we need good working space and have our van parked next or close to your vehicle.
- All belongings must be removed from your vehicle prior to working, we don't hold responsibility for any items which get damaged or go missing.
- If its very strong winds, consistent hail or snow then we will have to reschedule your booking.
