JCT VALETING T&C'S

                       Please familiarise yourself with our T&C prior to booking in 

- If your vehicle is heavily dirty, such as muddy interior, mould, pet hair or cigarette ash then an additional fee will be added to the service. 

- 48 hours notice needs to be given to cancel or change your booking, failing to do this  will result in a cancellation fee and a deposit will be required to book again.

- A full vehicle inspection is taken place before works, to note down any scratches/ dents.

- We cannot carry out works if your vehicle is parked on a busy main road, on a very steep hill, or dirty/ muddy working conditions.

- Full space is required to work on your vehicle, this means we need good working space and have our van parked next or close to your vehicle. 

- All belongings must be removed from your vehicle prior to working, we don't hold responsibility for any items which get damaged or go missing.

- If its very strong winds, consistent hail or snow then we will have to reschedule your booking.

• Number plates are non refundable. 
• Once purchased, you have to send your v5c over, driving license or any certificate which states your ownership of the number plate. The registration number which is shown on the document we will use to make your plates. 
• Any incorrect number plate supplied shown on the document once made will not be refunded, we will offer you another set at a discounted price. 
• Deliveries will be dispatched within same day or next working day. 
• Please allow 3 to 5 working days for your order to be delivered. A tracking number will be sent to you which you can use to track your plates in transit.
• Any late deliveries or lost plates within the courier we don’t hold responsibility for. We will contact the currier and get it sorted. All plates are protected with money back guarantee if lost or stolen within the courier. 
• We sell show plates to be used off road. It’s your responsibility what you do with show plates, we don’t hold responsibility if you decide to show them on your car on road use and get prosecuted by police.
